Morph

Convert WEBP to PNG

Images saved from websites are often WEBP, which older apps can't open. Morph converts them to PNG and keeps any transparent background.

How to do it

  1. Open the files in Morph

On a Mac or Windows PC, start dragging them and tap Shift. On iPhone or Android, share them to Morph or pick them in the app.

  2. Choose PNG

  3. Done

Each PNG lands next to its WEBP.

Where it works

Free and open source. Everything runs on your device: no uploads, no account, no ads, and your originals are never changed.

Questions

Does transparency survive?

Yes. PNG keeps transparent areas; JPG would fill them with white.

Are my files uploaded?

No. Morph converts on your own device and makes no network requests, so nothing leaves it.
