While you drag files from Finder, the desktop or any app, tap a wheel's keys. That wheel opens right under the cursor; drop on an action and the result appears next to the original.
Tap another wheel's keys to switch mid-drag, or press Esc to close. Every key and combination can be changed in Settings.

Ctrl+Shift opens Recipes. Morph also sits in the taskbar corner, where you can drop files on its panel and undo any job, and it adds Open in Morph to File Explorer's right-click menu.

Works with Siri, Spotlight and the Action button. Press and hold the app icon to convert photos straight away.
Only the actions that fit the files you're holding show up.
Every conversion runs locally. There are no accounts, no uploads and no tracking.
Results are saved beside the original with a new name, never on top of it.
Morph keeps a history; undo moves that job's results to the Trash.
Set a size like 200 KB and Compress makes a JPG that fits, for exam forms and job portals.
